Contracting party and scope
The contracting party is DolomiteByte, Alpenstraße 1, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria. Legal contact: contact@dolomitebyte.com. Product support: support@assetfable.com. These Terms apply to AssetFable, including assetfable.com, app.assetfable.com, the Android app, PWA, Premium, wallet, exchange, buy, swap, Earn, community, push, and Beta Badge features.
Additional terms from app stores, payment providers, wallets, blockchains, exchanges, on-ramp providers, swap routers, marketplaces, explorers, and social platforms also apply when you use those services. Mandatory consumer law prevails over these Terms.
Eligibility
You may use AssetFable only if you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to agree, are not located in or acting from a sanctioned, blocked, or prohibited jurisdiction, and your use is lawful for you.
You are responsible for complying with local laws, taxes, reporting obligations, sanctions, financial-market, consumer-protection, gambling, crypto, and export-control rules.
Account and security
You must provide accurate and current information, protect access credentials, and notify us promptly of security incidents. You are responsible for actions initiated through your account, wallet, exchange credentials, device, or app-store identity.
AssetFable never asks for seed phrases, private keys, or wallet recovery data. Never provide that information inside AssetFable or to anyone claiming to represent AssetFable.
Service scope
AssetFable is a portfolio and asset-intelligence product for crypto, NFTs, wallets, exchanges, graded cards, watchlists, Earn activity, notifications, Premium features, buy/swap entry points, and the Beta Badge. Features may vary by region, platform, plan, provider availability, network status, beta access, or regulatory situation.
We may add, change, limit, pause, or remove features where needed or reasonable for security, law, product development, provider changes, abuse prevention, or sustainable operation.
No financial, tax, or legal advice
AssetFable provides information, aggregation, visualizations, estimates, prices, and market data. Content is not investment advice, financial analysis, tax advice, legal advice, a solicitation to buy or sell, a recommendation, a research report, or a guarantee of performance.
You make every buy, sell, hold, swap, mint, staking, tax, and wallet decision at your own responsibility. Obtain professional advice before acting on AssetFable or third-party data.
Non-custodial nature and blockchain risks
AssetFable does not custody customer funds, hold private keys, control wallets, or reverse blockchain transactions. If you sign a transaction, you are responsible for recipient, network, gas, slippage, token, contract risk, and taxes.
Blockchain networks may fail, become expensive, reorganize, contain flawed contracts, or make transactions permanently public. Wallet loss, wrong addresses, phishing, malware, or provider outages may cause permanent loss.
Wallet and on-chain data
You authorize AssetFable to retrieve, store, analyze, and display public wallet data, tokens, NFTs, DeFi positions, transactions, metadata, and prices from blockchains and data providers. Wallet connection does not mean AssetFable controls your assets.
Data may be wrong, delayed, duplicated, incomplete, or provider-dependent. AssetFable does not owe a complete valuation or tax-ready history.
Exchange connections
If you connect an exchange, you confirm that you are authorized to use the API credentials and that you grant AssetFable read-only access only. You must not submit credentials with trading, transfer, or withdrawal permissions.
AssetFable retrieves balances, holdings, subaccounts, snapshots, and sync data, but does not trade or withdraw on exchanges. Provider limits, outages, incorrect API permissions, or exchange changes may affect features. You can delete connections in the app; you should also revoke API keys with the exchange.
Buy, on-ramp, and swap features
Buy and swap features may redirect you to third parties such as Transak, MoonPay, OKX, 0x, LI.FI, or Jupiter, or display their quotes. The relevant provider, wallet, and blockchain network are responsible for KYC, payment processing, quote, routing, execution, and settlement.
AssetFable is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, payment provider, or issuer. Quotes are non-binding and may change before execution. Token search, token discovery, and market/liquidity context may come from CoinGecko, DexScreener, Moralis, RPCs, or explorer data sources. Fees, slippage, MEV, network failures, KYC refusal, cancellations, restricted regions, and final on-chain transactions are your risk. AssetFable may receive integration, affiliate, or revenue-share fees and may record transaction metadata for operation, billing, fraud prevention, and evidence.
Premium, prices, and subscriptions
AssetFable may offer free and paid plans, including Basic, Pro, and Whale. Visible prices, limits, and features in the app, checkout, or app store control. Premium may renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled.
Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play. If iOS is later offered, iOS subscriptions will be managed through Apple. Cancellation, payment methods, invoices, and refunds generally occur through the purchase channel. Cancellation usually ends access at the end of the paid period unless the provider or mandatory law says otherwise. Taxes, VAT, exchange rates, and app-store fees may vary by region.
Withdrawal, refunds, and digital services
Consumers in the EEA, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may have statutory withdrawal, refund, or consumer-protection rights. These Terms do not limit those rights.
If you expressly request immediate performance of a digital service or subscription and AssetFable or the relevant store provides it, withdrawal rights may expire or be limited under applicable law. App-store purchases and payment-provider refunds are also subject to Google Play, Apple, Stripe, or the relevant provider rules.
Beta Badge and public NFT proofs
The AssetFable Beta Badge is a free-to-mint, soulbound badge on Base Mainnet with limited supply; gas and network fees may apply. It is non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-recoverable, and does not create any claim to rewards, tokens, airdrops, allocations, revenue share, profit participation, investment return, special rights, or permanent access.
Eligibility, minting, ownership, and contract status are determined by the smart contract and public blockchain data. If you use the wrong wallet or lose access, we generally cannot transfer or restore the badge.
Community, content, and feedback
If you submit usernames, avatars, social links, feature requests, votes, comments, support messages, or other content, you must have the rights to do so. You grant AssetFable a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for operation, display, moderation, support, and product improvement.
Illegal, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, pornographic, violent, fraudulent, IP-infringing, malware-related, or security-threatening content is prohibited. Where the Digital Services Act applies, contact@dolomitebyte.com is the contact point for authority/legal communications and support@assetfable.com is the contact point for user notices. Notices should identify the content, URL/ID, reasons, and contact details.
Prohibited use
You must not misuse, attack, disrupt, scrape, automatically extract, reverse engineer, bypass security, bypass paywalls, use false identities, circumvent provider limits, promote illegal assets, violate sanctions, infringe third-party rights, or use the service for fraud, money laundering, malware, phishing, market manipulation, or unauthorized financial services.
We may limit use, suspend accounts, remove content, block API access, disconnect providers, or inform authorities if we suspect abuse, security risks, legal violations, or breaches of these Terms.
Intellectual property and third-party marks
AssetFable, DolomiteByte, software, design, text, brands, logos, graphics, data models, and product concepts are protected by copyright, trademark, and other rights. You receive only a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service under these Terms.
Names and marks of chains, wallets, exchanges, app stores, payment providers, marketplaces, and other third parties belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply partnership, endorsement, or assumption of liability unless expressly stated.
Availability, data, and liability
AssetFable is operated with reasonable care, but without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete data, specific profits, tax outcomes, provider availability, or compatibility with all wallets, devices, chains, and exchanges.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, market losses, data loss, blockchain failures, provider failures, incorrectly signed transactions, wallet loss, exchange restrictions, tax consequences, or decisions based on market data. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For business users, our aggregate liability is limited, where lawful, to the amount you paid in the last twelve months or EUR 100, whichever is higher; liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and mandatory product liability remains unaffected.
Term, termination, and account deletion
You may delete your account and individual connections in the app where the function is available. Account deletion removes internal account, profile, wallet, exchange, push, and portfolio links according to the Privacy Policy, but does not affect legal retention, payment records, security logs, backups, or public blockchain data.
We may terminate, suspend, or limit the service or individual features if you breach these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, provider access ends, or legal reasons require it.
Law, disputes, and changes
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For business users, the courts of Vienna, Austria have jurisdiction where lawful. Consumers keep mandatory rights and statutory venues of their country of residence.
The former EU ODR platform has been discontinued; statutory consumer complaint and redress routes remain unaffected. We may change these Terms when features, providers, prices, law, or security requirements change. Material changes will be announced appropriately. If you continue using the service after the effective date, the updated Terms apply where legally permitted.
